This is a five day rifle Elk hunt in southeast Wyoming, based from a comfortable ranch house with a detached, separate six person modern guest cabin with amenities that include a bathroom and TV. The Elk hunts on the approximate 10,000 acre private ranch and surrounding BLM land are limited to just 8 hunters per year to maintain quantity and quality , commencing opening day,  October 15 each year.  These hunts are guided 2 on 1,recent past history has been 100% opportunity for a bull elk in the 275 to 320 B&C range and very near the 100% harvest success.. This hunt includes pick up and return from Laramie, Wyoming Airport and return if needed,  accommodations, great home cooked family style meals, guide and field trophy care. Local butchering services available to process meat for the trip home.

Because of the overall popularity of this hunt, it is currently booked through the 2020 season but we can talk about the 2021 season if necessary.

This is a 10 day mountain tent camp Dall Sheep hunt guided one on one which  is based and commences  from the main lodge. The guide and hunter supplied with necessary gear and supplies  are flown out  to the camp location deep in the Talkeetna Mountains. This hunt is a backpack hunt, physically, mentally and emotionally  demanding, most hunting days covering several miles of mountainous country, hunters need to be in top condition, totally focused on the demands of a mountain hunt.

This 10 day Alaska Grizzly hunt guided 1 on 1 is conducted in Unit 13E , a Unit with such a high Grizzly population, the state does not close the season. Although  Grizzly hunting over bait is offered during the legal baiting season from April 15th until June 30th, the actual guided hunts are offered beginning June 1st,  after ice out and snow melt along with the spot and stalk hunts.

When the baiting season closes on June 30th, the Grizzly hunting shifts to the Salmon run streams in mid July until early August. Once the Caribou and Moose hunts begin in late August, sitting the carcasses becomes the style of hunting Grizzlies. All scheduled 10 day hunts, guided with food and accommodations supplied.

These scheduled 5 day hunts begin in early  May into mid June, Monday through Friday with either gun or bow. Hunting is from stand locations over active baits usually providing hunters opportunities for long haired, heavy under matted spring bears just out of hibernation. The camp is operated by a very knowledgeable, entertaining retired conservation officer and his wife with a lifetime of experience of guiding Black Bear hunters. Accommodations, Meals, 3 hunters per Guide and Trophy Care.

This is a traditional wilderness rifle Elk hunt on horseback based from outpost cabins for 6 point or better elk ( one side ) during the rut and bugling season of mid to late September. Mule Deer may be hunted as an add on with no trophy fee, only additional charge is the purchase of the tag. The outfitter picks the hunters up in Cranbrook for the two hour drive to the Lodge, an area with a variety of big game animals in addition to the elk and deer. The hunt commences with the first afternoon horseback ride to the outpost cabins, hunting along the way in. With access to over 22000 acres of privately owned and outfitter leased farmland in northern Missouri this outfitter’s operation offers a great chance for a mature trophy whitetail. The state imposed 4 point minimum, one side several years ago has now greatly improved the trophy quality of bucks harvested.   With  over 425 stand locations, a variety of tree stands, ladder stands, tripods, ground blinds and shooting houses provide the ability to accommodate all hunters . Recently  constructed lodge with 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, detached kitchen.  Meals, accommodations, preset stands, guide and trophy care included.

Southeast Wyoming, outside of Laramie is the general location for this five day rifle Mule Deer hunt guided two hunters on one guide, scheduled over the dates of October 1 -5 each year, arriving September 30th, departing October 6th. Only  hunting  8 Mule Deer hunters per year on over 10,000 acres of private ranch land  and additional surrounding BLM land maintains Mule Deer trophy quality and quantity year after year.

Accommodations, meals, guide, field trophy care  and pick up and return from Laramie Airport included. This hunt is currently booked through 2019, we are taking reservations for 2020.


With access to over 20,000 acres of privately owned and outfitter leased farmland in northern Missouri this outfitter’s operation offers a great chance for a mature trophy whitetail. In past seasons this outfitter has lamented, “too many great bucks and not enough hunters!“ Recently constructed lodge with 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, detached kitchen and dining room for scent control, and indoor archery range in the basement all geared for success! This seven day hunt is offered from September 1st through October 31st in the Coast Mountains of southern British Columbia,  just a few hours north of Vancouver where the hunters are picked up from the Vancouver Airport and driven to camp. This outfitter is a small personable operation and has been 100% on Mt. Goats the last now, 10 years, a mule deer or black bear may be added for a trophy fee. Hunts are guided 1 on 1, accommodations, meals, transportation during the hunt and trophy care included.

In 2013, a client shot a bull with a 75 1/2 ” antler width, in 2017, a client shot a 71 1/2″ bull that scored out as one of  the best bull moose taken in Alaska during the 2017 season, both of the bulls taken in Unit 14B and conducted by this outfitter located in the Talkeetna Mountains.

Hunting the Alaska Peninsula in an area very well known for some of the largest brown bears taken anywhere with an outfitter who has been conducting these hunts for over 25 years. Hunts are guided 1 on 1 and often two guides per hunter. A seven day hunt, one leg of the flight from Anchorage to camp is included. Springtime hunts in even years ( 2018 ), fall hunts in odd years ( 2019 ).

These archery hunts are conducted in the primitive weapons unit 15 and offer a great opportunity for a trophy bull, by a combination of bugling, spot and stalk and sitting wallow holes. Hunts are typically guided two on one or one on one by guides with many years of experience. The license is issued by state lottery drawing or by purchasing a landowner tag at market price.

Archery Mule Deer or Coues Whitetail, tags are good for either, these  hunts are offered in three different time frames. The first season is the early season,  three weeks long from August 24th to September 13th in 2018. The deer are still in velvet during this time of year, hunting big mature P&Y bucks, past clients have been 100% opportunity with 100% shots taken.

The second season is a ” rut hunt ” , for 2018 the hunt dates offered are December 14-19.

The third season is the month of January and a rut hunt which can be combined with a Javelina  for a fun ” combo hunt ” for just the cost of the Javelina tag, no trophy fee or extra fee for the Javelina add on.

Rifle Coues Deer has been a 100% draw tag and can be done any year, hunter just needs to apply for the tag. This hunt is offered the first week of November,  in 2018 the dates will be November 9 -14, accommodating up to 6 hunters, guided either 1 on 1 or 2 on 1.

Hunting over  19,000 acres of private farmland that has been under lease for many years.  The topography is a mixture of rolling hills , dense pockets of  timber and alfalfa fields with additional food plots. These six day hunts are geared to the serious bowhunter interested in taking a mature whitetail buck that could score from 140 to over the B&C minimum, are the target bucks and trophies in this range are taken every year.This is a true trophy whitetail hunting operation, genetics, enhanced year around feeding program, food plots and agricultural fields all contribute to the heavy antlered, large body bucks indigenous to this area. Six day hunts begin late October and run through mid-November.

The early Autumn season, bringing crisp air along with leaves turning to red and gold in the north Maine woods becomes the setting for this exciting and challenging hunt for grouse and woodcock. This northern British Columbia outfitter’s area is accessed through Juneau, Alaska and then to camp by chartered bush plane. The northern region remoteness of this outfitter’s area is certainly a factor in the overall success in harvesting trophy class moose. Hunting is from well equipped cabins or wall tents in a wilderness setting, hunting from horseback and by backpack. Moose may be hunted with either gun or bow, usually taking advantage of the Moose rut activity for calling and close range shooting. This outfitter is recognized in the hunting industry and among his peers as one of the best in the business, I have been booking hunters with him for close to 20 years.

Bears range in color from black, to brown, to blonde and typically have the heavy matted, long heavy coats from hibernation. Meals, accommodations, pick up and return from Calgary, Alberta Airport Plus 5% GST tax and $320.00 for license and tag. Southern Alberta has become a very popular go-to destination for big trophy Mule Deer in recent years. A scheduled seven day hunt guided one on one with time frames beginning the first of December and running into early March. The outfitter himself is the guide, considered in many circles the best Mt. Uses pickup trucks, snowmobiles or ATV’s which allow this hunt to be possible for older clients by minimizing physical demands. Hunt with either gun or bow. Currently ranked the # 2 state for producer of B&C bucks, Illinois is a great destination for whitetail hunters. Managed for trophy whitetails, these large tracts of privately leased farms provide the potential for a mature 4 ½ – 5 ½ year old buck. Hunts are from treestands over baits that are positioned in the late winter with a snowmobile which provides an early and frequent food source for bears becoming active in the spring. Fishing for northern pike and walleyes available for the mornings, boats, motors and gas supplied, no extra charge! Hunting is based from a 38 foot boat cruising the coastline for Blacktail sightings and hunting opportunities using the skiff to approach shoreline to hunt. Top Blacktail trophies are the goal and this outfitter is a past recipient of awards for his hunters harvesting the best animal.

This 6 day moose hunt guided 2 on 1 with either gun or bow, is considered the best trophy moose hunt in Newfoundland, better than 40″ bulls is the standard, with some ranging over 50″.  This outfitter’s comfortable, platform tent camp complete with shower and kitchen is accessed by helicopter located  in the mountains, bordering Gros Mourne Park, far away from the hunting pressure of local hunters and roads.

For over 20 years this outfitter has been offering guided hunts on approximately 13,000 acres managed for trophy caliber whitetails using a combination of ground blinds, ladder stands, platform tripods and hang on tree stands. Based from a spacious, comfortable Lodge only two years old, these hunts are 5 1/2 days in duration. The low number of hunters during both the archery and rifle seasons ensure hunters of mature whitetail bucks as reflected each year in the trophies harvested. This outfitter does not impose a minimum trophy size to the bucks harvested. although Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young class bucks are taken every year, hunters are not penalized for mistake bucks or a buck he hunter would be happy with.

There was excellent success  in the 2016 season with 27 hunters taking 30 bucks only one buck was under the B&C score of 140 ! Stand locations are baited sites. This very successful outfitter hunting free ranging animals is located on 200,000 acres of Namib Desert plains. This 5 day hunt includes lodging, meals, trophy care, hunting vehicles and a licensed professional hunter. The “first timer” hunt includes Gemsbok, Springbok, Warthog, Baboon, and Jackal. Extra days and animals can be added for an additional cost.

Spring Black Bear hunts are conducted on well established  baits in some of the most remote northern country in Alberta. A good population of large boars in this area is the result of an overall high bear population and little hunting pressure.

Both rifle and bow hunters are welcome , accommodating both style of hunting for success.

Six Day Bear Hunt $4,350.00 USD   2nd Bear $1,250.00 trophy fee 

Pick up and return from the Christchurch Airport, New Zealand as well as accommodations, meals and all four wheel drive transportation while on the hunt are included in the $475.00 daily rate, non-hunter welcome at $275.00 per day.

Added May 19, 2018 — Special –  Northern Alberta early archery velvet horn  moose hunt. This is an early ” control ” hunt bulls are typically 25 ” – 35 ”  with larger sighted but hunt is considered a ” meat hunt ” and priced accordingly.
