This is a scheduled six day, archery Mule Deer mostly ” Spot and Stalk ” hunt for either Velvet antlered bucks in August / September fall hunts and during the January “Rut” . The tags are issued by allocation in the month of December for the following season, meaning for those who want to hunt 2024, tags must be secured in December of 2023. These hunts include lodging, home cooked meals and guide. Spot and stalk style hunting, some stand hunting when practical . Hunters can expect 100 % shooting opportunity on this hunt, target animals are , P&Y + bucks.
During the January archery ” rut ” hunt a Javelina may be added for the price of the tag, but the Javelina Tag must be applied for and purchased in the month of October preceding the January hunt.
