The ultimate in fair chase wilderness hunting, a seven day mountain backpack hunt guided one on one from a ” fly in ” mountain tent camp in the Alaska Range. This Master Guide maintains a great success record, only taking a one hunter the first seven days and then usually runs a second hunt, he can offer a 2 on 1 hunt if requested. The outfitter is very diligent with pre-scouting his area before the scheduled hunter arrives and the season begins and sets up camp in advance, a few days prior in anticipation of opening day August 10th.
The outfitter maintains a very good success record and offers what is likely one of the least expensive Dall Sheep hunts available, if not the least expensive. Once you are on the mountain, these Sheep hunts are all the same, tent camp and backpacking !
