Hunters are picked up and returned to the Prince George, BRITISH COLUMBIA airport the day before the scheduled hunt. This highly successful Lynx hunt is conducted mostly behind the outfitter’s hounds but some calling may be used depending on conditions. Guests stay at the outfitter’s comfortable home with all amenities. The outfitter supplies all the necessary equipment, including his own pack of hounds for the pursuit. The almost always 100 % success rate on Lynx is the standard, taking advantage of early winter hunting conditions.
A wolf hunt may be added to this six day hunt when success comes early with the Lynx, as it often does. Sitting for Wolves over bait must be prearranged to allow the wolves to find it and allow bait to sit for 2 weeks to become scent free.
