COLORADO Private Land Voucher Hunts – These five day hunts can begin as early as July when the bull’s antlers are fully developed but still in Velvet into mid September and later, the time frames are completely flexible . These early hunts can be a great time to take a Youth Hunter possibly on their first ” Big Game ” hunt during school break. Typically very successful and not necessarily a physically demanding hunt conducted in the valley floor cropland terrain. The Voucher hunts can be conducted during the fall as well but the Vouchers are in limited availability and usually need to be reserved a year in advance.
The outfitter normally leases a fully furnished very comfortable house with all amenities for the hunting guest housing, meals included.
